RBCC Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 Can I push a new networking on a machine through a network? And will I have to resetup everything? John
jcarle Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 (edited) I think there are some DOS tcp/ip and netbios drivers available that should allow you to make a boot disk that could allow you to access a remote share... Edited August 1, 2005 by jcarle
Clint Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 (edited) Sure you can, search for RIS, PXE, Sysprep in NT/2000/2003 forum...that should get you started in right direction Edited August 1, 2005 by Clint
chilifrei64 Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 Agreed.. I think RIS is soo easy to use. Most modern network cards are compatible and you can deploy either base images or integrate drivers into the image. Makes for a quick setup.. especially if it is a Gbit connection and a decent computer.. 15 min setup.. beautiful
