Optionswizardtemplate optimized for 1024x768

Okay it was asked for so here is an options wizard optimized for 1024x768.

Now you will still have to scroll up and down but it looks a lot cleaner and runs a lot smoother now.

Just overwrite your current optimizewizardtemplate.htm in the WPI\Comman folder.
