Lunac Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 Is installing 2.0.1 over 1.5, doable/recommended? Any issues I should be aware of? I was thinking of uninstalling the old 1.5 and then installing the new release, but I see uninstalling is not recommended. What is the correct way to update?

TravisO Posted July 17, 2005 Posted July 17, 2005 You merely want to install the new pack over the old installation.If this wasn't a good idea then Gape would be guilty of some crappy software packages.You're more likely to have problems by uninstalling the pack.

I just need to take a look at the spuninst.inf file and make corrections and then uninstallation of the pack will cause fewer or no problems under Win98se. Edited August 8, 2006 by erpdude8
