Enhance Pointer Precision

Hi all!

I needed to find the registry tweak to turn this function off as it disturbs me so I searched the forum and unfortunately, without any results. I used regshot and found out that this setting is responsible for turning this function on/off:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
"MouseSpeed"="0"
