maniaq Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 (edited) is there a switch that it could automaticully ignore the errors Edited July 5, 2005 by maniaq
eirogge Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 place the file there if you use e.g. /qb or /qn in an windows installer installation and it reaches an errorlevel like the one you posted, it will rollback and quit the setup. i guess it is the same with other installation systems.
maniaq Posted July 5, 2005 Author Posted July 5, 2005 thats the problem the setup rolls back, maybe there is another way to automaticully ignore errors?
maniaq Posted July 5, 2005 Author Posted July 5, 2005 Use this switch.adobereader7.0.msi /passive<{POST_SNAPBACK}>aren't working it rolls back
Nanaki Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 No switch as far as I know, try using an AutoIT script.
oioldman Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 turn off your windowsinstaller rollback via regtweak, if that is where you set it, have another go and see if does same thing.I install all 3 Acrobat 7 installs using /quiet /norestart, I use the msi file in each case, with no issues.Or it could be a corrupt download?
