which memory is a good one? and i want 1gb memory, right now i have 256mb, so are you saying i should buy 1 stick of memory that is 1gb cause i was thinking about getting 2 sticks of 512mb memory.

heh, i have no clue on over clocking, but learning might be fun. i know it has something to do with going over its limit (correct me if im wrong). but if i have a couple extra bucks ill buy that 1st one, if not, the 2nd one.

EDIT: umm they are dual channel :blink:

its all about pushing it to its limits but if your going to tinker at that then i suggest making sure your cooling methods are up for it,

because when you push a component to its limits and beyond youll get alot of extra heat

plat spreaders help with some heat on the ram but if your gonna over clock,, use extreme cation because just the wrong amount of over clocking can ruin a system beyond working conditions

i might tinker with it, im just afraid something bad is going to happen, and i dont know ANYTHING about cooling methods and any good ones so i might need some help on that too if you guys can. =/

how many would i need? and which fan brand is the best?

EDIT: lol we went from ram to cooling, the ram is still dual channel ripken =O

EDIT2:uhh how do i figure out which size case fan i should get?

EDIT3: how do i tell which fan is better than the others?

EDIT4: how about 1 stick of 1gb?
