Best mobo for GeForce 7800 GTX

I plan on purchasing the new GeForce 7800 GTX, and I would like to get a new motherboard aswell. I have a p4 3.4 ghz chip, with 800mhz front side bus and HT.

What motherboard do you recommend? Preferably not over $250
