I need to know where I can buy it, as well as the price. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

First, I'm upgrading to a faster processor and second, I'm not willing to spend the money on DRAM eventhough it is faster because I am loaded with SDRAM. And finally it must support USB 2.0. If anybody has any suggestions that are not expensive that would help. Thanks!
