Well reshacking every file is prbly the only way to do this..Try to contact the author

you can try to apply gant2 on your host machine, then makecab+modifype on every file you want to include on your setup disk... hard work any way...

He meant "apply". I think it is easily recognizable. hmmm, sorry, what is anykown?

Just kidding. Well, what you want is difficult without a proper option to do so, like XPize's

I386 patching feature. Anyway, I would recommend you what Simon says.
