Is there any way remove system restore from setup files?

I've found something in precopy1.cab.deleting pchealth.inf and restore sections (services and runonce lines) layout.inf and the other inf files.repack precopy1.cab

I've tired but restore folder still coming after the setup but its empty.

After this operation help not working.its searching helpctr.exe,added manually

I want that because in my opinion system restore slowdown computer speed

At this point i want remove themes and some components for reducing setup size.But i don't know how repack cab files with infs

@sheiksoft. Correct me if I'm wrong but nlite does not support Windows ME, which I think that the OP was asking about.

I know that but i want remove from installation files.I almost sure nothing working about system restore after installation.But "_restore" folder still present and its empty
