ASP .net machine account

After I installed .NET framework 1.1 from the updates, a new account was created named ASP .net machine A, is it could be safetly deleted?

IF I delete it, I can't run any programs made by .net framework ??

well, deleting it makes programs made by .net framework don't work?

delete it !

all programs who need .NET framework 1.1 support

will work fine with this account deleted .
