Unable to play .wmv files in WMP 10

i don't know why suddenly my WMP no loger playing.. .wmv files anymore..this brought my headache.. when i try to play .wmv files.. the player diaplayed error n WMP closes itself.. i wonder what happen.. anyone to assist me..?

or just try re-installing the codecs:

I found out that it was a part of a codec pack I had installed. Uninstall the codec pack and anything related... cannot remember what it was. sorry.
