well for nvidia drivers, i extracted that file you downloaded abd used nlite to put in the nvidia's *.inf file in with my windows... when i installed windows, nvidia drivers were already installed and that icon on the bottom right hand corner came up too...

did yu use the "OemPnPDriversPath" method?

Forget nLite. Not necessary at all, this is unattended basics. Already covered here ages ago:

New url for latest nVidia drivers for XP http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_71.89.html

Step by step guide on main website here which you obviously havent read either. http://unattended.msfn.org/intermediate/drivers/drivers.htm

I have sipstream theme, and I have done, I think everything right, but it doesn't want to work for me, look below:

Before I started using nLite, I discovered the easiest way to have the latest nVidia drivers installed was by using the OEMPNPDriversPath method to specify where the new files were, but then to delete the default XP nvidia drivers (nv4_disp.in_ and 1/2 others I think), and it worked fine (I had a Leadtek card which used non-standard drivers - maybe normal nVidia drivers might have worked, but thought it best to use the Leadtek drivers).

@maniaq How's about if you .cab 'em per prathapml's instructions HERE (in the Driver Forum, of all places)? Works wonderfully with the latest driver release.
