Can NOT get nLite to work

Hi all, I have been trying for the last week to make a Windows XP Pro install disk without sucess. (Using 0.99.9) I tried to make it as simple as I could and basically made it an unattended install of XP with SP2. I used 2 different copies of XP, one a corp and the other a regular Pro. Even without trying to slipstream SP2 into it the same thing always happens. The install gets to the Final install with 9 mintueas left to go and just hangs. I have tried burning the disk using different burners and media. I have tried different machines too. Always the same thing.
