imm102 Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 Hi,At the moment my unattended works fine, I run a WPI wizzard but after first boot it asks me to log in by clicking the username at the welcome screen before WPI will run. Does anyone know what tweak gets rid of having to click your name, there's only me on the userlist and i don't use a password. It kinda ruins the unattended install.Cheersimm102
dust Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 Im new to all of this but my guess would be something like:[GuiUnattended]AdminPassword = xxxxxxxxAutoLogon = YesAutoLogonCount = 2in WINNT.SIF
Alanoll Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 http://unattended.msfn.org/intermediate/users.htmRead the AutoLogon part. You'll need to addREGEDIT /S autologon.regto your CMDLINES.TXT file.
dust Posted May 23, 2005 Posted May 23, 2005 Why is that? Im only using what i posted above and it works fine so far
Alanoll Posted May 23, 2005 Posted May 23, 2005 Why is that? Im only using what i posted above and it works fine so far <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Your's should only autologon 2 time before requiring a password. The link will autologon till you remove the entries.
dust Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Oh I thought he just wanted to logon automatic a few times while he was installing
Yzöwl Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 @ dustWhilst your answer would be correct, normally, there is apparently no password, therefore he just basically wants no login screen at all, ever!
