Question about Visitors

Guys, I had 2 visitors on my forum, I went to Administration Control Panel to have an idea of who they wore.

When i used http://network-tools.com/ to do a trace to their IP address i got this result ...

One thing I didn't understood was the msnbot.msn.com

Any one has any idea of what that is?

Its a bot that is used from msn just for searching sites and forums.

Because Msn, like Google, cache's websites and such. That's all it's doing.

I saw it a lot on my site too. Both Google and Msn. You may even see Archive.org

If you want to stop them, they used to slow my site down, you can create a file called robots.txt

enter:

User-agent: *

Disallow: /

and save it, upload into your webspace and no more robots......
