Jimbeau Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 Background infoI have configured my WPI install files so that they are copied to a directory called POSSIE\. (IE $OEM$\C\POSSIE)I then call c:\POSSIE\WPI.CMD from my GUIRUNONCEProblem:I have the Force box checked for the programs that I wish to force, and if I click the exit icon I get a message that the forced progs will be installed, but then they are not installed. If I click install, all defaults install but if I deselect all then nothing installs. What am I missing?BTW Thanks to all who are involved in this site, I only recently found it but I am absolutely amazed!Jim

Kelsenellenelvian Posted April 21, 2005 Posted April 21, 2005 Okay it has been figured out and a new version will be released within the hour that contains the fix plus other changes.
cytexone Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 we just tried updating to 3.51 (from 3.50) and the force install option still does not work. We have tried this on several machines. We replaced the 3.5 config file with with 3.51 config file. Does this have any effect on what we're trying to accomplish?any ideas/fixes?Thank you.CYTEXONE
