I got the error C:\Install\wpi\wpi.cmd could not be found

Tell me if the letters for wpi.cmd where capitals and the actual file was WPI.cmd should it make a difference as to my knowledge this is the only problem Im so upset just been testing this and dont work right

what is the layout of your cd and did you modify your cd file for use form drive? "%~dp0"???
