It's a simple explorer.exe hack done with reshacker. There are guides all over the net on how to do this.

Next time that you want to post a screenshot, upload it to a host like ImageShack and link to it instead of putting the picture directly in the thread.

i used resource tuner for editing explorer.exe, i finally removed start button with microsoft logo. now i m satisfied XP user without the start menu. thought it does not show on the panel, but i can use the win key on keyboard.

I've done that a few times... Very simple to do...

@SuperSniper : its quiet easy to do it on classic windows theme...iam just wondered how to do this if iam using Watercolor theme for example? :)
