While your at it. Find and edit the shell32.dll,explorer.exe,taskmgr.exe files. Then replace Ntoskrnl.exe with a custom one to change your boot screen. You have to copy the edited files over the old files using recovery console.

Try finding and editing sysdm.cpl in the system32 folder. Use reshacker or something.
