Anyone had any joy with PDF Factory installing silently & register?

I scripted in Autoit to install the app but can't seem to register silently??

Instead of using autoit, you can extract the setup file, remove a couple of non-essential files, and reduce your setup size by 1.2MB.

Here's what u should do, extract FppPro240.exe with Winrar,

delete these two files if you're using Windows XP

fppgraf2-NT.dll

fppint2-NT.dll

Use Winrar or 7-zip to repackage your setup files.

for WinRAR

Setup=setup.exe /SILENT
TempMode
Silent=1

Reg key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FinePrint Software\pdfFactory2]
"RegName"=""
"RegNum"="XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FinePrint Software\pdfFactory2]
"LoadDispatcher"=dword:00000000 
"RegName"=""
"RegNum"="XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"

I have not tested with the latest version, but it worked for me on v2.35.

actually i should of said zero-byte those files.

v 2.40 working for me

Original FinePrint pdfFactory silent install:

1. Extract pfpro240.exe with WinRAR

2. edit fpp2.ini :

[Settings]
Name=Username
SerialNumber=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

3. Start Install with this Commandline:

setup.exe /quiet=29

fpp2.ini

For version 3.02 process is the same?

Know it's been a while if silently installing latest ver 3.51 the ini method works best. Change your ini file to fpp3.ini

Hello guys been a while though I'm still using this program now 5.35, though on W7x64 any way to silently install UA to get around the nag screen on the LLC drivers?
