Just as the topic says, my system clock changes time and today even said it was tomorrow! What the heck is going on with it? A syncing always gets ti right...why is it happening...

Probably the battery on your motherboard isn't working properly anymore, nothing abnormal. Please tell how old your motherboard/PC is?

i think the same as Bâshrat, your CMOS battery is depleted. you'll need to replace it in order to maintain data stored on it (like your clock).

it won't be difficult or expensive

An advice: DON'T let a 'professional' do it, they will probably rip you off... All you have to do is open your case, remove the current battery (can't miss it, its cross-cut is ~1cm), take it to a shop, buy a new one (1-2€) and place it back (with the right side up).

Probably you'd have to pay a 'professional' 25€ or more...

As has been said its the CMOS battery and this is typically a CR2032 coin cell battery.

Interesting...this is on a 1 year old Dell btw

Thought it would be battery, wonder why it crapped up now...

sometimes there's a current leak on the mobo that depletes the battery prematurely

or maybe it's just a defective battery

My recommendation is always build your own computer and never buy a dell
