Siginet
For one thing each command is numbered 95. So that will prob cause an issue.
Yzöwl
You're spot on there...TheREG ADD %KEY%\95 /VE /D "Restart" /fREG ADD %KEY%\95 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\App\cleanup.cmd" /fkeys will be overwritten in RunOnceEx byREG ADD %KEY%\95 /VE /D "Reboot the computer to finish installation"RED ADD %KEY%\95 /V 1 /D "shutdown.exe -r -f -t 60 -c "Windows XP will now restart in 1 minute..."Therefore the cleanup.cmd wont run anyhow.If you aren't needing to remove links files /folders then you don't need to claen anything up.If you do, even if it's just links etc. why not remove theREG ADD %KEY%\95 /VE /D "Reboot the computer to finish installation"RED ADD %KEY%\95 /V 1 /D "shutdown.exe -r -f -t 60 -c "Windows XP will now restart in 1 minute..." lines and add the shutdown to your cleanup.cmd as in the guide.
