All this sounds horribly complicated..isint there a simple way to turn up the volume...i especially cant use splitting and recombining coz i hav a

(gak!! choke!!!) 550 MHz Pentium 3 only with a 10 GB hard disk:(:(

Also i tried maxing the equaliser settings in WMP too..but it didnt help:(

any other suggestions? and if there is a link to sum good tutorial for this..please post it here!!

If you don't want to use your stereo buy computer speakers with a power plug and external volume control. Otherwise use crappy software solutions...
