I have a water cooled system. I have the Zalman RST1, with a seperate resevoir. I have a Zalman CPU Waterblock cooling the CPU, a koolance WaterBlock cooling the GPU that I cant get to run at top speed, I have a Zalman GPU waterblock custom fit to the Northbridge controller and Koolance water bags cooling the 2 WD Raptor 74's.

I have the Resevoir inside a small office refridgerator which keeps the waterchilled at a temp of about 43F. I have maybe 400 into all of it excluding the refridgerator and well worth it. The only fan in my machine is the Enermax fan. My Computer is completly quite. All you hear is the HD's platters spinning and heads moving.

Is it worth it all? Most certainly!!! Specially if your an OverClocker and your at the mercy of heat. Not recommended if your not going to extremes. Unless you just want to have it.
