11 Files In Dllcache Folder

there're 11 files in dllcache folder, may i know is it safe to delete them? thank you.

one more question, does anyone know why my dllcache folder and all the files in it are blue in color?

yes u can delete and are blue because they are compressed.

& if u goto control panel > folder options > view then scroll down to "show encrypted or compressed files in color" u can untick that if u dont wanna see them like that
