one more question, does anyone know why my dllcache folder and all the files in it are blue in color?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\NTPRINT.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\MSTSWEB.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\NT5.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\NT5INF.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\SP2.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\HPCRDP.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\IASNT4.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\MAPIMIG.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\MW770.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\OEMBIOS.CAT C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\wmerrenu.cat there're 11 files in dllcache folder, may i know is it safe to delete them? thank you.

may i know is it possible to relocate driver.cab to another location? i saw a register key for this change before but couldnt find it now, thank you.
