I'm not looking for a software "Cleaner"

I'm looking for a software manager to be able to choose which software and services to be loaded on windows startup depending on wich user uses the computer.

I use Autoruns and StartupRun, both are free and dont install anything on the pc.

yea i use autoruns as well, though its good, it didn't show the startup items under something, which i don't remember its was a spyware and i had to open another autorun program.
