Use a resource editor on explorer.exe. Should be under BITMAPS.

yes and start menu text is in explorer.exe , string table and i prefer edit both 38 and 37 :)

Sorry for the newbie thing, but, how do I do this exactly?

I got the part of using a resource editor, and edit bitmap 167 under explorer.exe ... Is that all I need to do?

Thank you very much!
