clwalter Posted February 24, 2005 Author Share Posted February 24, 2005 No its not a skin.Did you look at the image I posted a link too in the original post?The taskbar is exactly like the regular taskbar except it has a different bevel effect.I believe Dell is shipping thier new PCs with this new taskbar style.Anybody else seen this on a PC without any skinning apps? Its called the "Energy Blue" theme officially, and "Royale" style among the modding community. He didn't download or skin anything. Not sre if it came directly from Dell or not though.Thanks for the info - I have been trying to find this theme/style for a few weeks now.
