smartie91 Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 HiI have a old Inno3d ti4200 128 meg agp 8 and would like to install in a new M/B which is a asrock K7VT4A+ with agp 8 on the m/b it says 3.3 volt agp will cause permanent damageQuestion is how do i find the voltage of my card i have looked on internet but nothing about the voltageRegardsNigel

puntoMX Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 The old VGA cards up to 4xAGP use 3.3v, the new ones use 1.5-1.7v (some ones even use 2.5-2.7v like DDR-RAM) so don´t worry about your card, it will work fine .The warning is: If you use a 3.3v AGP card it WILL damage your motherboard or VGA card... or some thing like that. So DON´T push in a TNT card (LOL, TNT, C4)
