After looking through everything I've done over the past couple days, I now realize (what I beleive to be) my big problem. My cmdlines.txt file was actually named cmdlines.txt. So it was really cmdlines.txt.txt I dont' have time to verify (have to go to work), but I'm feeling confident (and pretty stupid) that this is my problem. I'll post back when I have a chance to test later tonight.
