XtremeMaC Posted January 30, 2005 Share Posted January 30, 2005 evga i dunno about that, nvidia have it on their site and they keep sending me buy evga cards etc. but i dunno if its real good.u could get western digital 10.000rpm raptor 37 or 74gb, price is higher but its faster if u're crazy about it, then get a 160gb another hdd at 7200rpmif u're building this for gaming get 1gig ram, these days 512 is not enough.if i was buying this i'd be stuck at whether to get amd or intel, i'm using athlon xp 2500+ and its pretty good but i dunno how the new athlons are compared to the 3.4ghz 2mb cache intel's..u might want to check tomshardware for comparisons, that's what i'd do.
