Train Crash in USA bc of a stupid guy!

GLENDALE, California (CNN) -- A man accused of causing a deadly Southern California train crash has been charged with 11 counts of murder, Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley said.

The charges against Juan Manuel Alvarez, 25, include a special circumstance that would make him eligible for the death penalty if convicted, but Cooley said a decision hasn't been made on whether to pursue capital punishment.

to sum up for lazy users, a guy wanted to commit suicide on the railway when the trains were approaching.

then he suddenly gave up and got out of his car which was on the rails. he survived but 10 ppl died in the train crash and 200+ppl were injured, he will be accused of dead.

what a troubled id*** guy with a horrible and hardly working brain with his stupid suicide plans!

i'm against any type of death, including the death penalty.

i think the best penalty for people like this, like firefoxthebomb said, is to let them live with his own on hail by the rest of his life.

WOW..this is one of the stupidest things i have heard...has anyone heard of the darwin award for stupidity..i say we give him this in addition to watever punishment he gets!
