HTTP_ActivePearl_Overflow

My Norton Firewall has blocked an IP address 0.0.0.0 and reports a "Http_ActivePearl_Overflow Attack"

The security threat was at a "Medium" level and when I did a trace on the IP it says:

"The IP address 0.0.0.0 belongs to a computer on your local network, therefore there is no public network or domain information"

However I'm not on a network, I'm using only a single computer with no other connections to any other computer so I don't understand when it says that the IP address belongs to a computer on my local network, and I don't understand what it means by the IP address of 0.0.0.0

I read somewhere that this problem might be to do with a bug in my Norton Firewall.

Has anybody heard of this sort of problem before? and what should I do about this?

Well i havent really heard of it but i would try to uninstall your norton and then reboot your computer.
