Please tell me the best known tutorial for windows98se for biginner and advance users if u know.

Anyways, there's no new tutorials being made or updated - most of them were made back in 1998-1999 (when win98 was the latest and greatest). A google search should show them up. Most of those sites would have either moved on to XP, or closed though.

just do a google search for what you need and it may turn up something or go out and buy a book about windows 98(hah tuff luck for something like that)
