rholtsla Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 While doing an unattended install of Windows 2003 Server, I received this error msg "Fatal Error: Internal Setup data structures are corrupted (phase 0)." and wouldn't you now it, Windows doesn't give anyone information. I am using procedures from the Unattended XP CD instruction and GreenMachine's instructions for Slipstreaming the SATA/RAID drivers.Note: If I pull out the winnt.sif file the install CD works fine.Happy to provide any information upon request. It gets past the F6 and the copying files part of the install. Then does the reboot and starts the Windows GUI. Does the Collecting Information, Dynamic Update, Preparing Installation, and then Installing Windows. It dies during the installing Windows.winnt.sif
Alanoll Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 could you post the WINNT.SIF file? Be sure to use CODE tags when doing so. (there is a button when posting)How far into setup does it get? does it load ANY drivers? does it get to the F6 prompt?
jbm Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 I can't see the problem, but you should remove the product key beforeposting your winnt.sif
jbm Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 I could be wrong but it might be because you have too many 0's in yourlanguage parameter, I think it should be 0809
Skitso Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 shouldn't it be:OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\000_Adaptec_RAID;Drivers\001_Video;Drivers\002_Gig_NIC"instead of:OemPnPDriversPath=Drivers\000_Adaptec_RAID;Drivers\001_Video;Drivers\002_Gig_NIC
