What is the most quiet POWER supply I can buy

I am looking to upgrade my Power Supply Unite for my computer. It is making to much noise 450 watts

can someone recommend a site or product that emitts very little noise

I'm happy with Thermaltake power supplies. I just sold my old system which had a 3yr old 450watt psu in it and it is still as quite now as it was when I bought it.

I just installed their Silent PurePower Series ATX 12v 2.0 Plus EPS 680watt power supply. See Here For a dual fan psu its very quiet

I have Thermaltakes V1000D chassis which came with 7 of their tt-8025a case fans, when all 7 are running they are about as loud as one or two cheapo fans.
