Maximum CPU temperature

Hi does anybody know what the maximum temperature is for:

Intel Pentium Northwood 4 2.8 Ghz. (478 pin)

I have fuzzy logic 4 on my pc and yesterday the temp. went up to 48 C

and I was only websurfing. !

At which temp. should I install another or bigger fan ???

160 F at least thats what Intel says about my 2.8 norhtwood

70°C is recommended max; so you actually have plenty of leeway.
