sidefx
My current V/C just doesn't run games like they should anymore.I am currently a big NFSU 2 fan and I have to run everything on MINIMUM! Some tell me an FX 5200 is fine while others tell me I'll definintely need more than an FX 5200 to run such a game as NFSU 2 with details turned up fairly high. What is the verdict in this situation? Is there a V/C that won't cost me a few limbs and acheive the results I'm looking for?NOTE: I now run a Samsung SyncMaster 712N LCD. It don't matter which brand - ATI/Nvidia
Mekrel
Dont even touch the FX range, they are not even DirectX 9 compatible which they advertise.I would have thought an ATi Radion 9600/9700 would be nice for you, and they dont cost an arm and a limb.Mind you my Idea of an arm and a limb may be different to yours as I paid £320 for my 6800GT lol.
