Looking for a Registry utility...

Hi,

By using a program/appz name search in the registry, regedit give many registry locations.

I'm looking for a utility enabling a Registry search, collect and export registry keys in all registry locations regarding that program/appz name

May you explain how to find,collect and export all key registry concerning ATI?

Click on the Help button, and read the manual where required!

basically,

Search -> Enter search criteria in Text box -> Perform search -> Export results

I recommend Registry Workshop over all the programs mentioned. Registry Workshop has a really fast registry search, can export the registry search results and IMHO is the best registry editor. Only thing bad is that it is shareware.

Hi all,

First of all Many TNX for the advise.

I tested Resplendent Registrar and Registry Workshop.

Both works fine and have approximately the same functions: Compare, Defragment, Backup and Restore Registry. A Good point for Resplendent Registrar with Registry Monitor as additional function.

Neverless, I tested "Find" and "Export" for Roxio (v7) registry. I got with Resplendent Registrar give and a 1,5MB file (many lines are doubled) when Registry Workshop only 300KB.

Anyway I keep them both

Personally I use Registrar Lite, by using ERUNT:

I get the backup/restore/compressing of the registry.
