KNARZ Posted December 26, 2004 Author Posted December 26, 2004 KB888316.exe also weren't installed but integrated (i will install twice with xplode i think that will work)and i know that i have to choose one for integration KB885523.exe or KB885894.exebut why? does anyone know where the problem is?
Tsunami Posted December 26, 2004 Posted December 26, 2004 Isn't the command /integrate instead of -integrate? Or is there no difference?
KNARZ Posted December 26, 2004 Author Posted December 26, 2004 no difference and update.exe says allways succsessfull integratet.
DigeratiPrime Posted December 26, 2004 Posted December 26, 2004 ive had no luck getting this slipstreamed either.for now im using runonceex.REG ADD %KEY%\001 /VE /D "Media Center Edition 2005 with HDTV Support Update Rollup 1 (KB873369)" /fREG ADD %KEY%\001 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\Software\windowsxpmediacenter2005-kb873369-enu.exe /q /o /n /z" /f
KNARZ Posted December 26, 2004 Author Posted December 26, 2004 i got it from windowsupdate v5 or windowsupdate v4 windows catalog.- i will also use runonce... for the 2 updatesi know the failure...in logfile there a line... "Return Value From IsMediaCenterPc = 0"i think in T-13 windows issnt Media Center, Only Professional and the Update.exe won't installbut why does MS support integrate if it doesn't work *rollingeyes*

Shark007 Posted March 9, 2005 Posted March 9, 2005 The update rollup1 must be installed either thru runonceex.cmd or guirunonceof WINNT.SIF because 'windows' hasnt become 'media center' yetat the time hotfixes are installed. It installs fine thru either of the above methods.Shark
