Don't use MSCONFIG for Services config. Use Services.msc. You likely have dozens and dozens that are started and automatic. My PC takes 17 seconds from logo to Desktop.

ya ive done bootvis. and in msconfig i unchecked ccapp which is for norton and the comp only took about 2 min to load.
