usb 1.1, possible to get 2.0?

if my computer is using usb 1.1, and i have a high speed usb device, is it possible to change the usb 1.1 to usb 2.0 without having to buy a new card?

ok i hate this sentence that i'm going to use in a sec bc my math teacher back in high school told it all the time:

"think b4 u speak"

which means if 1.1 were to work like 2.0 there wouldn't be 2.0, this looks like "can i read my dvd's on my cdrom?" so

NO, but u can plug your usb 2 devices to 1.1 but they'll work at 1.1 speed so 11mb/s I think..
