Could be that you have rewritten the CD too many times and that it doesn't work 100%.

I would say burn your project on another CD and try again.

I meant my xpcd Folder. Im creating an .iso of it. So its not overwritten. I always change my xpcd folder and then create a new .iso of it. I test the .iso then in VMware. SO..... more ideas?

You took out the Indexsrv entry but in the Ref.chm it says:

Default Value On (the Windows Server 2003 family);

                    Off(Windows XP Professional) 

It doesn't say what it is in Home. I got XP Home Edition.

On XPhome, don't specify that component at all, that's all. Just for sake of comparison, this is my components list from XP home:

I have commented out the lines which I need and are on by default. And my components section works exactly as planned.

Index server is a server tool. Home will not have it. It is for IIS which home computers do not use.

@MHz: I thought IndexSrv was the Indexing Service. But it's not. What's the Value for the Indexing Service then?

You can look for a Regtweak for Indexing service. I have mine running as it improves the speed of searching for files etc. Winnt.sif does not have an entry for it.

Question/Edit: Does somebody know how to delete/not-to-install the MS-Bluetooth-Stack? I need the Widcomm Stack, which I install later.

EDIT2: I figured out, that it's not the winnt.sif which is wrong. My friend took the same sif and it worked (at his CD). So my CD is wrong. I'll report.

I GOT IT The Entry which disabled the [Components] section was

[unattended]    UnattendMode=ProvideDefault Has to be f.e.: FullUnattended

The ref.chm says bulls*** somehow about this Entry. ProvideDefault is crap. So for future... NEVER USE PROVIDEDEFAULT
