Alright...I open programs, and get this message (below) and I wanna fix this problem. I don't want a website, I have been searching, I want someone who has, and knows how to fix this problem.

System Error &H8007007E (-214724770). The specified module cannot be found.

download the vb runtime files and reinstall them. you don't necessarily have to be running a program which uses them, they're just borked and they'll screw up your entire system. hope it works

Lol, formatting fixes it...but I ain't formatting again for a while..

Ok...now...I re-installed VB Runtime files, 6, 5, 4...and none of them fix it.. :)

zipp, have you tried SFC with the corporate edition? Mine just keeps asking for the CD, even though its in there. :)

Yes,I just recently had a problem with WMP.It would not launch and I ran the sfc command and all was well.It doesn't ask for anything it just says that it will replace xp protected files and then I click ok.

Aaron, thats because you have to label your XP cd, example: xpro_en

Or whatever... :)

Zipp...I am trying sfc /scan now....workin....but goin hella slow...!!
