Considering the oem version of Windows ME was leaked before RTM was even confirmed, how have MS managed to keep XP under lock and key for so long?

Also, bearing in mind that the evaluation copy available to beta testers has unique coding making it possible to track leaked copies back to the actual beta tester, does anybody expect MS to have come up with some last minute 'surprise' in relation to wpa?

Who knows what to expect from the guys at MS.

I think that the normal retail version of XP will be hard to crack. We will just have to wait and see.

Here's a surprise, they seem to be actually shipping it ontime. :eek:

Yeah, don't you get the sense that there was a real big push to get the RTM out before DOJ stopped them? Normally, M$ is never on time and to see them push out early? Yeah, I believe that there will be some major updates to be made when it hits the shelf. Now that DOJ is off their backs, they can actually take the time to get it right.
