htc
" exact byte-granular size" = " exact size of you .iso file in byte""granular" here means that you should not take the kb or mb size of reported by windows explorer and caculate it by yourself... it should be size in bytes(under context menu "properties")

htc
at the cd shell homepage there is a guide/docs(in appendix) for this aspect.

Mr BEEN
to what3v3rHave a look at my attachmentHow_To_Hide_Cd_Shell_Files_On_A_Cd.zip
htc
Thr link:http://www.cdshell.org/hidecdsh.htmBut the author said it was outdated info, without detailed explaination(why?) I think it could be one of the following:1. In makeisofs.exe you can specify some file via option parameters to hide themor2. This method may not work with the new version of cd shell. Incroyable HULK
This is a quite complicated procedure... maybe you can use my technique described here:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=31295I don't know if this works with CDShell but my project created with EasyBoot works perfectly!
