xsivforce
No problem. You all know that DVI is a digital out for flat panel monitors etc. And just for information purposes, for about $10 US, you can buy a small converter that will allow you to run a normal monitor off the DVI output. Some may find that handy.
Snoop
most cards that have a dvi and vga port will come with the dvi to vga adapter anyway i expect.i got one with mine
FthrJACK
yeah i got one with the Ti440 and the ati 8500.the normal VGA connection to a monitor involves changing the signal from digital to analogue then back to digital once it reaches the monitor. which is stupid.using DVI its just digital. xsivforce
I didn't receive one with mine. I did, however, purchase the adapter which I am not using but is nice to have. I run dual monitors on 2 video cards. 1 AGP Radeon with VGA and DVI out (19' monitor)and 1 PCI GeForce2 (17' monitor).
Guest
When I had my ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon 7500, it came with a converter...The card itself has DVI so I have to use a DVI to Regular Monitor adapter to use it..My flat panel monitor doesn't use DVI though...
