luckyse7en
I am trying to add a Mass Storage Device (Intel SATA in Dell Precision WS370 ) to my MS WinPE 1.2 over RIS installation. I have read a variety of pages about how to accomplish this and none of the suggestions seem to help. When I modify the "winpeoem.sif" file to look like this:[OemDriverParams]OemDriverRoot=""OemDriverDirs=IAAHCII have a folder named "IAAHCI" in my system32 folder with the intel drivers including the txtsetup.oem file. When I boot up I get the following error:"File txtsetup.oem caused an unexpected error (21) atline 1742 in d:\xpsp1\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.Press any key to continue."Does anyone understand what is happening during the boot process when it loads mass storage devices? Thank you in advance for any help provided.
ribond
Well the good news is that your driver package has been found and WinPE is trying to load it. The bad news is that there's a formatting problem with the TXTSETUP.OEM file. Did you make any modifications?
